Description
In this powerful session, Robert and co-presenter Katrin will show you the best exercises to achieve a toned and fit body, gain mobility and improve coordination. You will use a dumbbell (kettlebell), which can give different levels of intensity throughout the workout depending on its weight.
After warming up, which will increase your body temperature, you will build up some body tension in a standing position. You will activate all your muscles, including your core. Your abs, legs and glutes (and more) will get in great shape. You will then head over to your mat. Giving up is not an option, even if your muscles are on fire! Regular training, after all, is what brings success. You will round off the workout with some stretching.
